Qualification:

• Least high school education (K) or equivalent
• Male / Female, age max 32 years
• Have a minimum of 2 (two) years as a Sales / Marketing in microfinance institutions or microfinance institutions (rural banks, cooperatives and Multifinance) with financing ceiling above Rp. 100.000.000, - (one hundred million rupiah)
• High integrity
• Competence orientation related targets, sales / marketing skills, customer relationship
